そしてそれに対する解答。

This is a VERY late reply, but I just ran into this problem myself.
Turns out that irb was not installed properly. For the record, and for
those who may have this problem in the future, it can be fixed with a
simple

yum install irb

And all is well.

irbってやつをインストールすればいいのね。

で、やってみたら見事にCRUD画面が表示されて操作できましたーーーーー!!
