rails fedora core3

Apache+CGIでRailsアプリが動くから、ああ好かったと思ってたら
Apacheのerror_logにこんなんでてる。

 Rails Error: Unable to access log file. Please ensure that /var/www/rails/sample_app/log/development.log exists and is chmod 0666. The log level has been raised to WARN and the output directed to STDERR until the problem is fixed.

chmodしても出つづけてるヨー
なんじゃこれ。もう知らん。
